Important Notice

INTERNAL TRANSFER:

CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFER FROM ONE FACULTY TO THE OTHER WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY:

  1. The student should comply with the conditions laid down by Central Admission Department for enrollment in the faculty to be transferred to e,g, the specified percentage in the Secondary School Certificate,
  2. Approval of the Faculty Dean for the transfer,
  3. Approval of the Dean for the transfer after recommendation of the concerned Committee, The transfer should be completed within two weeks of the commencement of the academic year,
  4. Any student who fails in a basic subject in the preceding final exam even if the student passes in the supplementary exams, is not eligible for transfer,
  5. Student requesting transfer must have passed the preceding final exam with good grade in the basic subjects,
  6. All the documents shall be sent to Ministry of higher education and Scientific Research.
  7. The student should not have been dismissed for misconduct,

 

 

PROCEDURES:

  1. The academic secretary should prepare a form for the internal transfer, The College administration decides on the fees,
  2. The application form should be filled and handed over to the Academic Secretary at least two weeks before the start of the academic year and two weeks after the start of the academic year .
  3. The Academic Secretary should follow all the steps until the transfer is approved or rejected,
  4. The student whose application of transfer is approved should complete the procedure for transfer within one week of receiving the approval,
  5. Approval for transfer should be sent to the Central Admission Department to change the student number                                                                                                                                                                (Academic Affairs)

 

إجراءات التحويل الداخلي

أ سحب إستمارة التحويل الداخلي من الشؤون العلمية بعد تسديد الرسوم المقررة

ب- تُملأ الإستمارة وتُقدم للشؤون العلمية قبل أسبوعين من بداية الدراسة على الأقل وفي مدة أقصاها أسبوعين من بداية العام الدراسي      

ج- تتولى الشؤون العلمية متابعة الطلب بعد موافقة عميد الكلية المراد التحويل لها وعلى الطالب إكمال إجراءات تحويله في فترة لاتتجاوز أسبوع من تاريخ قبول التحويل     

د- عند قبول تحويل الطالب تُرسل الشؤون العلمية مستنداته إلى الإدارة العامة للقبول بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لتعديل الرقم الجامعي     

هـ- ويبدا التحويل الداخلي من يوم 8/9/2018م  وينتهي يوم 4/10/2018م
