FREEZING THE STUDY
- Freezing the academic year should be within one month after the start of the academic year, the student should apply for freezing with the consent of his guardian.
- First year students are not allowed to freeze the year.
- Pregnancy is not acceptable reason for freezing unless there is a recommendation form an obstetrician.
- Inability to pay tuition fees is not a reason for freezing.
- The student should fill an application form and submit all needed documents.
- The freezing period starts from the beginning of the academic year.
- The student has the right to stop the freezing period and to be responsible for any consequences.
- At the end of the freezing period the student has to pay the tuition fees.
Procedures
- The student should be registered and paid registration fees.
- Application form should be filled and the recommendation of the registrar should be presented.
- Application for freezing giving the reasons and justification,
- The dean of the faculty takes the final decision.
- The maximum period of freezing is one year can be renewed for another year and should not be the semifinal and final year.
- Student should NOT freeze his/her studies before receiving a written approval.
