The student who resigns or withdraws his papers should take the responsibility toward the requirement subjects because the university he is going to join will not accept him before cleaning the requirements.

A resigned student will not be given the curriculum but it can be sent to any scientific well-known institution requests to have it, which should be through a certified letter.

A resigned student should complete special form for that and submit it to the registrar with the consent of his/her parents or guardian who should appear personally or send a fax /email if he/she is abroad. The student and his guardian should be aware of all the items mentioned in the form

The registrar will revise the academic status of the students and write a recommendation to the dean.

A resigned student should get a clearance from the library and the financial administration.

When the student resignation is accepted the registrar will remove the name of the resign student from the list and alert the financial administration and the university guard and the student will not be registered again,

We have to repeat that the student who resigned; or exhausted all his academic chances and withdrew his papers will not be accepted to register in the college again,
